Design, evaluate, and productionize LLM-based AI products for oncology data. Create custom evaluations, analyze model outputs, collaborate with clinicians and engineers, and support product improvement, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.

Manage and optimize deal desk and order-to-cash processes, supporting Sales and Account Management in quoting, approvals, invoicing, and revenue recognition. Maintain Salesforce accuracy, troubleshoot system issues, launch SKUs, process license upsells, review vendor contracts, and drive process and system improvements to increase efficiency and deal velocity.

Lead product strategy and lifecycle for oncology clinical workflow applications. Partner with engineering, design, and clinical stakeholders to build data-driven and AI/ML-enabled solutions, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, define KPIs, and drive product discovery, launch, and iteration to improve clinical efficiency and patient outcomes.
