Build Granted’s healthcare partnerships motion from the ground up. The Founding Account Executive will identify target verticals, source and manage a BD pipeline, close complex partnership deals, develop GTM materials and repeatable sales processes, and represent the company with brokers, employers, payers, TPAs, and other healthcare organizations. This role works closely with the CEO and owns partnerships from prospecting through launch and scaling.

Lead Granted’s healthcare partnerships and business development function from inception. Build and manage the pipeline across brokers, employers, payers, and TPAs; close complex pilot and strategic deals; create GTM narratives and partnership materials; establish CRM, sales operations, and a repeatable channel playbook; and represent the company with external partners while collaborating with the CEO, marketing, and product teams.

Own high-volume digital marketing production across landing pages, responsive email templates, partner and sales collateral, social ads, and short-form video. Translate briefs into on-brand, conversion-focused assets while following healthcare compliance requirements. Design mobile-first pages in Figma, maintain email design systems, create reusable deck and asset templates, and edit multi-format social videos with captions, B-roll, motion graphics, and AI-assisted animation.
