Own high-volume creative production across social-first video, landing pages, responsive email, decks, collateral, and partner assets. Translate marketing briefs into finished, on-brand deliverables while following healthcare compliance rules. Edit and version performance ads, design mobile-first pages in Figma, build email templates, and maintain reusable brand systems. The role requires fast execution, consistency across formats, and collaboration with marketing and partner teams.

Build Granted’s healthcare partnership and business development function from the ground up. Source and qualify opportunities across brokers, employers, payers, and TPAs; manage complex sales cycles; close pilot and strategic partnership deals; develop GTM narratives and sales materials; create repeatable CRM, outreach, onboarding, and sales operations processes; and represent the company with external partners while working closely with the CEO, marketing, and product teams.

Lead go-to-market for product and feature launches, own marketing site and landing pages, and run CRM/lifecycle programs to convert, activate, retain, and win back users. Partner with Product and Engineering to coordinate releases, craft consumer-focused positioning and messaging, build repeatable launch and lifecycle playbooks, and measure conversion and activation metrics to prioritize work.
