Design, build, and evolve the C++ stream processing execution engine powering MongoDB Atlas Stream Processing. Develop core components, shape architecture and engineering practices, optimize performance, maintain distributed and concurrent systems, mentor engineers, and own complex projects from problem identification through delivery.

Lead MongoDB’s Americas Solutions Architecture organization across NAMER, LATAM, and specialist teams. Set regional strategy, transform technical go-to-market operations, establish scalable governance, and drive consumption, adoption, expansion, and customer value. Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Services, and Customer Success on complex enterprise opportunities. Develop senior leaders, manage resources and investments, engage executive technology stakeholders, and connect customer insights to product and go-to-market decisions.
