Teams at Movable Ink

Supports client experience managers and named accounts by gathering campaign requirements, preparing reports and presentations, managing meetings, troubleshooting and QAing campaign setups, maintaining Salesforce contacts, documenting projects, and creating Photoshop email mockups. The role develops expertise in the Movable Ink platform and email ecosystem, with the opportunity to manage a client book of business independently in the future.

Leads product strategy and a team of senior product managers across data ingestion, normalization, workflows, orchestration, governance, and third-party integrations. Partners closely with Engineering on architecture, APIs, and platform roadmaps; manages vendor relationships and integration launches; collaborates with Partnerships, Sales, and Customer Experience; and advocates for customer needs while connecting data investments to AI, personalization, analytics, and reporting.

Own technical product positioning and differentiation for a B2B SaaS platform. Translate architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows into messaging for technical and executive audiences. Create architecture diagrams, integration guides, sales assets, enablement materials, RFP responses, and thought leadership. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Solutions teams on product launches, enterprise opportunities, technical evaluations, and integration narratives.
