Build and maintain a finance-grade, full-stack platform for trading and reserving AI compute. Own frontend and backend features, ensure correctness and reliability, shape performance and infrastructure, and contribute to deployment and operations.

Early product hire owning roadmap and development lifecycle for a GPU compute reservation and marketplace platform. Write specs, prototype flows, run discovery with GTM, maintain backlog, and align engineering with commercial stakeholders.

Serve as the founders' connective tissue: draft and send executive communications, oversee day-to-day operations, manage end-to-end hiring, track action items and deliverables, act as founders' proxy in operational contexts, and build processes and systems to scale company operations.

Design and iterate credit structures for pooled non-investment-grade compute offtake; build quantitative models for tranche sizing and stress testing; manage rating agency relationships and prepare offering materials; define waterfall mechanics, SPV documentation, and investor-facing reports; coordinate with founders, legal, indices, and engineering.

Own institutional distribution for OCPI compute exposure: prospect and trade with hedge funds, manage index licensing to exchanges, and lead data-licensing sales into consultancies, hyperscalers, and enterprises. Run the sales trading desk, build relationships with capital allocators, and become the primary commercial expert on OCPI methodology and GPU compute pricing.

Serve as Ornn's commercial lead for the compute marketplace: source and close supply (neoclouds, datacenters) and demand (AI startups/labs) partners, build a repeatable GTM playbook, run outbound prospecting and commercial conversations, onboard partners, and relay market intelligence to product and finance teams. Represent Ornn at industry events.
