Greet guests, clients and interviewees, smiling and making them feel at home.
Ensure cleanliness and professionalism of reception, lobby area and kitchen areas, and continually look for ways to improve our front-of-house procedures.
Serve as a point of contact for visiting remote employees and event guests.
Receive and notify employees of incoming mail and packages, and assist with outgoing shipments.
Manage company calendars and meeting room schedules and proactively identify and solve for potential scheduling conflicts.
Provide scheduling and general administrative support to various team leaders, specifically our two co-founders.
Assist with office ops purchasing, facilities management, and events, as well as other team initiatives.
Support internal team meetings with catering orders and room setups.
