Lead and execute end-to-end on-site hardware deployments across multi-state senior living communities, including low-voltage cabling, equipment placement, and network closet installs. Hire, train, and supervise installation technicians; manage logistics, inventory, vendor coordination, quality and safety audits, troubleshooting, and stakeholder reporting. Build playbooks and scale installation processes.

The Site Reliability Engineer will ensure high availability of Sage's platform, lead incident response, design reliable systems, and improve operational workflows.

Lead Sage's customer event marketing program, owning strategy and execution for executive dinners, regional events, flagship customer conference, vendor and budget management, cross-functional promotion, attendee engagement measurement, and travel (25-35%).
