Violet

Violet is creating more human, identity-centered healthcare for traditionally underserved communities, starting with LGBQ, TGNC and BIPOC communities. We do this by working with healthcare organizations to assess the existing competencies of their clinical teams and offer curated education to address competency gaps. The resulting benchmarking is used by our customers for marketing, care routing, recruitment, L&D planning and a range of other clinical operations functions.
