As a People Operations Coordinator on the People Operations team, you’ll partner with our talent acquisition and human resources team members to deliver an excellent, high-touch employee experience. This role reports into our Senior Associate People Ops (Onboarding Specialist).

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with HR team members to deliver a stellar onboarding experience 
  • Coordinate new hire paperwork, and own our Onboarding calendar
  • Ensure employees have access to People platforms and platforms are up to date with correct employee information (e.g. BambooHR, Sequoia, CultureAmp) 
  • Assist with management of Electric.AI - our IT partner
  • Execute quickly on internal employee requests
  • Support HR coworkers and managers across the company with any offboarding items
  • Other ad hoc projects, e.g. event coordination

We’re ideally seeking:

  • 2+ years experience in a People Operations administration, Onboarding, or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Values a culture that is focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
  • Ability to hold personal and benefits information strictly confidential
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
