As a Recruiting Coordinator at Rhino, you’ll play a critical role in growing our team by delivering an excellent candidate experience. You’ll be joining a 7-person People Operations team!

In this role you will:

• Work alongside our internal and external recruiting teams to coordinate all stages of our interview process 
• Continue to deliver a great high-touch candidate experience 
• Look for opportunities to improve and iterate on our recruiting processes   
• Assist in delivering and reporting on candidate experience surveys to help us improve our process
• Collaborate on small candidate sourcing projects 
• Collaborate on other recruiting projects and trainings

We’re ideally seeking:

• 1+ years experience as a recruiting coordinator, recruiting operations, recruiting support, or people operations coordinator 
• 1+ years experience as a recruiting coordinator, recruiting operations, recruiting support, or people operations coordinator 
• 1+ years experience in candidate sourcing a plus 
• Experience within a fast paced work environment - agency and tech startup experience 
• Experience with the university recruiting season a plus
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse or similar, G-suite, Slack 
• Strong communication and organizational skills
