As a Sales Executive, you will generate new business through cold outreach, manage your sales pipeline, and close deals in logistics.
The summary above was generated by AI

Are you a competitor who wants control of your income and isn't afraid to earn it?

We are looking for highly motivated, early-career sales professionals who want to earn based on performance—not tenure. If you are competitive, self-driven, and willing to put in the work to build something from nothing, this role offers a clear path to significant income and career growth.

This is not a clock-in, clock-out job.
Top performers in this role don't just hit quota - they blow past it and double (or more) their base within year one.
You will be responsible for generating new business through outbound prospecting, developing relationships, and closing opportunities in the international logistics and freight forwarding space. If
We are less concerned with prior industry experience and more focused on mindset, work ethic, and the ability to execute.  We'll teach you what you need to know and give you the tools to succeed and grow.
What You’ll Do

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
• Build and manage your own pipeline from first contact through close
• Conduct client meetings (both virtual and in-person) to understand needs and present solutions
• Get in front of decision makers—travel locally to meet prospects and clients as needed
• Follow up consistently and persistently—most deals are won through discipline, not luck
• Develop a deep understanding of our services and how to position them effectively
• Own your results—this role rewards output, not activity alone
What We’re Looking For

*Speaks Mandarin*
• Recent graduate or early-career professional (0–3 years experience)
• Highly self-motivated with a strong internal drive to succeed—you want to outwork the competition
• Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
• Competitive mindset—you want to win and be compensated accordingly
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Willingness to put in the time and effort required to build a pipeline
• Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn
Compensation & Growth

• Base Salary: $75,000
• Commission: Uncapped and designed to reward performance—the more you produce, the more you earn
• Structure: Progressive commission model where earnings increase as production grows
• Philosophy: Top performers should significantly out-earn their base salary
Commission is earned once performance reaches established revenue thresholds, with higher levels of production unlocking increased commission rates.
Who This Is NOT For

• Candidates looking for a predictable, low-pressure work environment
• Individuals uncomfortable with cold outreach or rejection
• Those primarily motivated by base salary rather than performance-based earnings
If you’re looking for an opportunity where effort directly translates into income—and you’re willing to do the work to get there—we’d like to hear from you.

Additional Benefits:

  • Competitive base pay plus commission structure
  • Company-subsidized health insurance
  • 401k
  • T&E reimbursement
