Business Development Representative at RippleMatch
Working at RippleMatch:
At RippleMatch, we help entry-level candidates find high skill jobs. Figuring out where to begin a career is a huge decision, but students are often forced to rely on overstretched career services centers and small personal networks when they begin their job search. We have built the first product ever to automate early career recruiting and career coaching. Our software helps companies build diverse and high-quality teams and helps candidates find the right opportunity. Since launching RippleMatch from our college dorm room, we have taken off on college campuses, raised over $10 million in venture funding, and brought on some of the most exciting companies in the country as customers. Our tight-knit team works hard, celebrates wins, and cares deeply about changing the way finding a job works.
We are hiring a business development representative to bring in business at the top of our funnel, spearhead email and phone reach outs, and help win new customers. You will work closely with our account executives and will help scale up our early success on sales.
A Great Business Development Representative is:
- Competitive and hates to lose
- Writes incredibly well
- Determined to build a successful career in sales
- Coachable and excited to learn
- Comfortable on the phone
- Academically strong graduating with at least a 3.3 GPA
Culture & Perks:
As a member of the sales team you will receive a base salary in addition to commission based on performance.
At Ripple, we also understand that building a startup is a marathon, not a sprint. We offer a full slate of additional benefits, equity, daily free lunches, and comprehensive healthcare benefits. While we work hard, we also make time for fun through company outings, happy hours and hackathons.
