The Role: 

We are hiring an experienced enterprise account manager that will be responsible for leading our most important customer relationships. You will be focused on renewing and expanding relationships with customers like  Amazon, Ebay, General Mills, AB InBev, Esteé Lauder, and will collaborate closely with our customer success team, product organization, and leadership. You will tell the story of how we are helping our customers succeed at expanding access to opportunity and increasing diversity to executives, present insights, and drive the adoption of our expanding suite of products. You’ll collaborate closely with our Customer Success team to make sure day-to-day interactions and high-level relationship goals move in sync.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive new revenue opportunity split between product expansion and renewals
  • Process and manage the contract lifecycle operations by focusing on retention and growth within your book of business, including identifying risk and preventing churn
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships by collaborating deeply with customer success, sales, product and marketing through customer feedback and process improvements

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Experience owning a quota of cross-sells, up-sells, and renewals 
  • Experience driving expansion opportunities for enterprise customers
  • Early-stage SaaS HR/Talent tech experience
  • Field sales experience 
  • Experience managing $40,000+ ACV accounts
  • Experience collaborating closely with day-to-day Customer Success Managers
