As Sr Product Marketing Manager, Go-To-Market, you will lead integrated, performance-driven go-to-market strategies for the Global & Large segment, driving surround-sound awareness and measurable commercial impact across our T&E and B2B product suite.
2026 represents a pivotal year for Global & Large Product Marketing. This role will build a strategic, full-funnel growth engine accountable for market perception, pipeline contribution, and product adoption.
You will own end-to-end GTM strategy across digital, paid media, thought leadership, and work with PR and Events to ensure our powerful messages are delivered to the target market. You’ll own insight-led campaigns optimizing performance and align to revenue priorities.
Partnering closely with Product Management, Field, and other Marketing teams, you will translate product innovation into integrated campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
You will manage 1–2 Product Marketing Specialists and foster a culture grounded in accountability, analytical rigor, and continuous optimization.
Lead development of integrated, full-funnel GTM strategies aligned to product roadmap and commercial objectives
Translate product innovation into differentiated positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives
Build annual and campaign-level plans tied to awareness, engagement, pipeline contribution, and adoption metrics
Own performance measurement frameworks and ensure campaigns are optimized against KPI benchmarks
Partner cross-functionally with PR, Paid Media, Events, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution
Incorporate customer and field insights into strategy refinement and audience targeting
Oversee campaign briefing, execution governance, and performance reporting
Identify testing opportunities (audience, messaging, channel mix) to continuously improve ROI
Manage and develop 1–2 Product Marketing Specialists, building strong execution and analytical capabilities
5+ years of marketing experience (product marketing, GTM, demand generation, or integrated marketing preferred)
Experience leading cross-channel campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels
Demonstrated experience driving measurable commercial outcomes (pipeline, adoption, engagement, ROI)
Experience managing and developing direct reports
Strong strategic planning, prioritization, and performance analysis skills
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Strong self-starter who takes initiative and drives complex work forward
Creative problem solver with strong executive communication skills
