Our hope is that through cooking with eat2explore, kids will foster a love for food and cultures around the world. I started eat2explore for my kids - I was momentarily crushed when I discovered that my own kids (who love to travel and try different world cuisines) couldn't even chop an onion! I grew up in Malaysia, and some of my fondest memories are of cooking together with my family while learning and telling stories. So now I design these cooking kits to recreate that experience, and broaden it, using the unique foodways of various cultures as a bridge into fun learning and great eating for curious kids and their families.
