Manage the customer lifecycle for sportsbook clients, building relationships, supporting renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, resolving contractual and service issues, monitoring SLAs, and reporting KPIs. The role owns customer and contract data in the CRM, analyzes performance and feedback, coordinates with internal teams, and contributes to customer success initiatives. Candidates need B2B commercial experience, strong communication and analytical skills, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel internationally.

Design, build, test, and deliver scalable software features and subsystems for the Fan Engagement team. Maintain and improve production systems, participate in system design, solve moderately complex technical problems, collaborate with product and design partners, and mentor junior engineers. Contribute to testing, documentation, observability, reliability, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Leads finance business partnering for central functions, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end review, management reporting, variance analysis, investment governance, scenario modeling, and value realization. Advises senior and C-suite stakeholders, identifies financial risks and opportunities, supports Board reporting, and provides analysis for business decisions and process improvements.
