About us Nimbus is an innovative shared kitchen company on a mission to bring the dark kitchen industry to the light. By combining hourly and long-term kitchen rentals with events programming, Nimbus allows businesses to launch their concepts, scale production, and nurture relationships with their customers with little risk and minimal capital commitment. Our dominant NYC footprint, premium kitchen facilities, community focus, and flexible rental options make us the preeminent shared kitchen in New York City; we’ve worked with leading brands including DoorDash, noma, and Netflix, in addition to cult favorites like Roberta’s Pizza, Milk Bar, and Fuku. While New York City is our home, our sights are set nationwide: we’re launching in Chicago in Q2 2024 and plan to have kitchens in every major city in the United States by 2030.
