As the Head of People at Teamstand, you will be responsible for engaging, attracting, and retaining top talent. You will lead the employee lifecycle, from sourcing to development and operations. You will shape compensation and benefit strategy, design talent development programs, establish performance management processes, create onboarding processes, and build a strong company culture. This is a mid-level role requiring at least 4 years of recruiting and 2 years of business partner experience.
As a senior developer on Teamstand's R&D team, you will work closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap. You will build scalable services with strong design principles in the cloud environment and participate in refining requirements, building solutions, and shipping customer-facing features. This position is based in NYC headquarters with occasional travel to other locations.
