Develop and maintain scalable, reliable shared systems across Yext’s customer platform. Responsibilities include participating in the full software development lifecycle, designing and deploying infrastructure, developing storage systems, libraries, and frameworks, writing tested and documented code, collaborating across teams, and improving engineering practices. The role also involves responsibly using and validating AI-assisted development tools while maintaining ownership of code quality, security, privacy, and maintainability.

Provides personalized, consultative, and technical support for Yext’s enterprise products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting client inquiries, managing support queues, delivering training and webinars, creating help content, translating customer needs, collaborating cross-functionally, documenting processes, and meeting quality, satisfaction, productivity, and service-level targets. The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, computer skills, adaptability, and flexibility to work nonstandard schedules and overtime.

Develop and manage financial models for strategic investments, M&A, debt issuance, products, and profitability decisions. Own budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, annual planning, and variance analysis for selected departments. Serve as a finance business partner and P&L owner, support senior leadership and investor relations, and lead adoption of AI tools for finance modeling, reporting, and analysis.

Manage end-to-end email channel execution and campaign infrastructure for global marketing programs. Build, QA, deploy, localize, and optimize high-volume email campaigns, drive A/B testing and deliverability improvements, support cross-functional stakeholders, maintain compliance and database hygiene, and pilot AI/automation to scale workflows.

Serve as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, driving global sales operations, cross-functional alignment (Sales, Marketing, Product, Partnerships), managing QBRs and account planning, owning enterprise tech programs, enabling product feedback processes, and supporting talent planning and critical Sales and Customer Success initiatives.

Serve as a Yext product expert to configure platforms, manage and import data, build connectors, lead client implementations, provide solution architecture and SEO/AI guidance, coordinate cross-functional delivery, QA client configurations, and communicate status and risks to clients and internal teams.

The Customer Success Manager will manage enterprise-level clients in Financial Services, driving adoption of the Yext platform while ensuring customer satisfaction and growth through strategic planning and collaboration.
