Manage an enterprise customer portfolio focused on retention, expansion, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, analyze performance data, guide customers through AI-driven search and digital marketing changes, identify growth opportunities, support renewals, and lead escalations. Use AI tools to generate insights, improve execution, and translate complex market and competitive trends into actionable recommendations.

Manage end-to-end email channel execution and campaign infrastructure for global marketing programs. Build, QA, deploy, localize, and optimize high-volume email campaigns, drive A/B testing and deliverability improvements, support cross-functional stakeholders, maintain compliance and database hygiene, and pilot AI/automation to scale workflows.

Serve as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, driving global sales operations, cross-functional alignment (Sales, Marketing, Product, Partnerships), managing QBRs and account planning, owning enterprise tech programs, enabling product feedback processes, and supporting talent planning and critical Sales and Customer Success initiatives.
