Lead technical execution, architecture, roadmap, and delivery for the Loyalty product. Manage and grow engineering teams, drive design and operational excellence, ensure reliability/observability, coordinate cross-team integrations, and deliver scalable multi-tenant SaaS features integrated with Zeta’s platform and AI capabilities.

Lead strategic HR partnership with senior leaders to drive organizational design, talent management, leadership development, culture transformation, and employee engagement. Own succession planning, performance and compensation frameworks, people analytics, and cross-functional execution with TA, Rewards, L&D, and People Ops. Coach executives, manage change, and ensure HR policies and compliance scale with business growth.
