Supports client experience and account leads by coordinating meetings, project plans, campaign launches, reporting, deliverables, and cross-functional team activities. Maintains client records, contracts, budgets, and timelines while identifying risks and helping resolve issues. Prepares client-facing reports and translates campaign performance into actionable recommendations. The role requires strong communication, organization, project coordination, and collaboration skills in a hybrid New York City environment.

Manage strategic client and agency relationships for programmatic advertising campaigns. Launch, optimize, and report on cross-channel campaigns; lead client status meetings; present performance insights; identify upsell opportunities with sales; collaborate with analytics and internal teams; and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Own a portfolio of clients and serve as their primary contact throughout campaign execution. Manage client relationships, launches, performance reviews, optimization recommendations, renewals, upsells, and account expansion. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Analytics, and Product while monitoring campaign data, managing timelines and assets, leading client meetings, and developing strategic growth plans aligned with client goals and attribution models.
