Translate ambiguous 0-to-1 initiatives into roadmaps, resolve cross-team dependencies, ensure operational readiness across deployment surfaces, and mentor engineers. The role requires deep full-stack expertise, technical leadership, and experience with AI-powered orchestration and multi-tenant SaaS systems.

Leads the architecture, development, and evolution of cloud-native platform services, shared APIs, SDKs, automation, and developer self-service capabilities. Establishes standards for reliability, security, CI/CD, governance, observability, and scalable platform adoption. Drives AI-enabled engineering platforms, including LLMs, agents, MCP, and RAG, while providing technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, security, architecture, and operations teams.

Build, maintain, and deploy a high-volume, fault-tolerant observability platform. Architect and develop OpenTelemetry-based systems, implement services in Go (concurrency/gRPC), work with ClickHouse/Postgres, Kafka/Redis streaming, and containerized deployments on Kubernetes/Docker. Evaluate new tools and improve platform reliability and performance.

Build and maintain production-grade Golang backend services for an AI-driven investment platform. Design APIs and data pipelines supporting AI and reasoning systems, improve performance, reliability, and observability, review scalable architectures, and debug production issues. The role requires end-to-end system ownership, collaboration with AI and product teams, and mentoring as responsibilities grow.

Design and implement infrastructure services for a GPU-as-a-Service platform. Build REST and gRPC APIs, bare-metal provisioning workflows, Kubernetes cluster automation, reconciliation loops, and durable asynchronous operations. Manage server enrollment, inspection, OS provisioning, cluster creation, hardware inventory interfaces, error handling, idempotency, and multi-tenant infrastructure reliability.

Design and maintain Golang backend services, APIs, microservices, automation tools, and Terraform infrastructure modules. Provision and manage cloud resources, troubleshoot application and deployment issues, and improve reliability and performance. Participate across the software development lifecycle, review code and infrastructure configurations, collaborate with technical teams, and communicate project risks. Use AI tools such as Claude, mentor colleagues, and contribute to client-focused technical solutions.

Design and build Go-based control-plane services, CSI drivers, storage integrations, observability tools, and infrastructure automation for Kubernetes AI platforms. Integrate enterprise and scale-out storage, support bare-metal and hybrid provisioning, and deliver declarative Terraform/OpenTofu and GitOps workflows. Architect reliable storage solutions for Kubernetes clusters, air-gapped environments, and sovereign infrastructure, including artifact mirrors and PKI/TLS.

Design, build, and optimize high-throughput, highly available backend services in Golang for 24/7 sports and prediction-market applications. Lead architecture decisions, implement features, diagnose and resolve high-concurrency bottlenecks, and provide high-tier operational support for real-time transactional systems.

The Golang Engineer designs, implements, and maintains software in Go, debugging issues, and collaborating on technical specifications while working in a remote, distributed environment.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable Go backend services and APIs. Collaborate on system architecture, troubleshoot and optimize performance and reliability, write well-tested maintainable code, ensure security and compliance, and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
