Seeking a strategic attorney with advertising, consumer protection, and commercial contract experience to support marketing, product, and sales teams in a fast-changing regulatory climate. Responsibilities include reviewing marketing materials, advising on compliance, drafting agreements, and leading compliance efforts. Qualifications include a J.D., minimum 3-5 years of legal experience, and expertise in marketing, advertising, and consumer protection issues.

Oversee a broad range of claims and matters, develop and operationalize litigation strategy, collaborate toward shared business goals, and mitigate legal risk. Responsible for high value and efficient litigation outcomes and maximizing cross-functional relationships. Provide legal advice and training to business partners.
