Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, maintain the general ledger, lead US payroll in coordination with a PEO, manage multi-state tax filings, work with global EOR/PEO partners, analyze incentive compensation, and partner cross-functionally with RevOps, Revenue, Marketing, and People Ops to support financial reporting and data-driven decisions.

Lead US/Canada People function for a high-growth tech company, combining strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution. Own employment law compliance, org design, compensation, performance management, employee relations, benefits, engagement surveys, and manager enablement while managing and developing the US/Canada People team and partnering with talent and executives.

Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Business Officer and operational support to the GTM org: manage calendar and travel, prepare briefs, handle expenses, coordinate GTM programs and offsites, build decks and reports, and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
