Owns and organizes marketing workstreams for state savings programs, coordinating internal stakeholders, external partners, freelancers, timelines, content calendars, and cross-functional deliverables. Develops KPIs, analyzes content performance, identifies optimization opportunities, and manages projects from initiation through completion. The role requires strong financial or regulated-industry knowledge, independent execution, workflow optimization, and adaptability in a fast-growing FinTech environment.

Manages national marketing projects and campaigns from planning through delivery, coordinating tasks, meetings, budgets, documentation, vendors, and cross-department workflows. Tracks campaign metrics, prepares reports, maintains stakeholder relationships, organizes files, processes vendor contracts and payments, and supports marketing systems and process improvement. The role also requires periodic travel, independent work, software proficiency, and personal fundraising and ministry support development.
