Set goals and metrics, define the strategic roadmap, translate priorities into executable initiatives, and build scalable operating processes, tools, and accountability systems. Partner with executive, sales, enablement, analytics, product, and engineering teams to remove growth barriers. Depending on scope, build and manage the Growth Strategy team in a fast-moving startup environment.

Lead and own Nourish's creative strategy for paid acquisition: set vision and roadmap, design hypothesis-driven tests, partner with Production to produce performant ads, analyze results to iterate, and expand creative into new channels and audiences while collaborating cross-functionally with Media Buying, Product, and Growth teams.

Lead Nourish's Growth Creative function: set strategy, run test-and-learn frameworks, build scalable production systems, manage and grow a creative team, and align creative output with performance marketing to drive acquisition and brand expression.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy and execution for patient journeys, building 0-to-1 programs across email, SMS, push, and product. Design experiments, own data and reporting, run A/B tests, build segmentation and personalization, and partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve retention, LTV, and CAC efficiency.
