Develop and optimize self-service customer lifecycle programs across email and in-app channels to improve onboarding, product adoption, retention, and customer engagement. Lead cross-functional execution, analyze program performance, manage timelines and resources, experiment with AI-enabled approaches, and present insights to stakeholders across Product, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations.

Leads the Customer Advocacy and Community team, developing scalable customer advocacy, community, reviews, and storytelling programs.
