Lead paid social creative by translating brand strategy into high-performing Meta and TikTok assets. Manage and develop designers and editors, set creative standards, build testing frameworks, partner with growth/data to iterate, and maintain a pipeline of culturally relevant content and scalable systems for high-volume social creative.

Lead lifecycle and retention strategy and execution across onboarding to long-term loyalty. Own measurement, cohort/LTV/churn analysis, experimentation, and lifecycle channels (email, push, in-app, SMS). Build and manage a lifecycle team, partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, and Creative to drive measurable retention outcomes, inform roadmap decisions, and scale lifecycle programs across customer cohorts.

Lead external communications to build Grow Therapy's brand and share of voice. Translate product, clinical, and research work into compelling media narratives, run integrated earned and owned campaigns, manage proactive and reactive PR around milestones, and align executive, clinical, and partner messengers. Build reporter relationships, manage agencies and timelines, collaborate cross-functionally, and coach teammates to improve processes and campaign execution.
