Own the commercial growth plan for small accounts and improve BrainPOP’s e-commerce, subscription, onboarding, and expansion experiences. Responsibilities include funnel and cohort analysis, revenue forecasting, experimentation, marketing automation, journey design, segmentation, workflow optimization, and translating growth needs into product and integration requirements. The role leads cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, RevOps, Data, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success, driving improvements from requirements through launch and measurement.
