Lead enterprise commercial enablement for PC1: own proposal/SOW strategy, Salesforce and SFMC platform ownership, sprint-driven product delivery, AI enablement, digital budget management, and cross-functional digital project leadership to drive scalable commercial and marketing outcomes.

Lead development of decentralized peer advocacy and employee communities to drive adoption of digital platforms. Build and scale champion networks, run beta/early-access programs, create content and engagement programs, moderate communities, measure KPIs, and enable stakeholder adoption through influence and community-led initiatives.
