Lead and unify organic (SEO) and paid (SEM/PPC) search strategies to drive acquisition and LTV-positive growth. Build and mentor search teams, manage budgets, run test-and-learn experiments, track performance, defend brand narratives, and adapt to AI-driven search and algorithm changes.

The Acquisition Manager will lead paid social strategy, drive measurement and attribution, ensure creative excellence, and optimize customer growth through data-driven decisions, testing, and collaboration across teams.

Lead owned-channel architecture and execution across email, SMS, push, direct mail, and referral to convert leads to first-time customers. Own CDP event schema, segmentation, HTML/Jinja templates, experimentation framework, platform/vendor management, attribution and reporting. Manage and develop a team, partner with Data Science and Engineering, and run pilots and migrations to optimize blended CAC and channel incrementality.
