The Oracle DBA PL/SQL Developer will modernize legacy applications to Oracle Apex, develop database solutions, optimize performance, and create interactive reports.

Senior Oracle DBA to architect, provision, administer and monitor Oracle 10/11 databases. Responsibilities include data modeling, HA/DR design, Enterprise Manager administration, Unix/HP-UX shell scripting, supporting OLTP/OLAP/warehouse systems, integrations with Windows/SQL Server, and providing FileNet/IBM P8 operational support for NY State government applications.

Lead administration, optimization, and remediation of large-scale Microsoft SQL Server environments. Stabilize on-prem systems, design HA/DR and Always On solutions, automate with PowerShell/T-SQL and IaC, troubleshoot replication and performance, and plan/execute phased migrations to AWS (RDS and EC2). Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams and produce runbooks, monitoring, and operational documentation.

Provide senior-level administration and sustainment for GEOMAP databases: ensure availability, performance, security, backups/recovery, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, change implementation, and documentation across dev/test/staging/production while collaborating with software, cloud, DevSecOps, testing, and support teams.

Lead architecture, automation, and support of enterprise SQL Server environments on-premises and in cloud. Execute migrations to Azure/AWS, build IaC with Ansible/Terraform, monitor with Prometheus/Grafana, design ETL pipelines (SSIS/ADF/Kafka/Airflow), automate DBA tasks, troubleshoot performance issues, ensure security/compliance, produce documentation, integrate with CI/CD, and participate in on-call rotation.

Own and operate PayTrace's multi-platform database environment: provision, configure, patch, monitor, tune, and recover databases. Lead modernization from MS SQL to AWS RDS, support HA/DR and multi-region active-active, automate administration and data pipelines to Snowflake, assist developers with query tuning, and provide technical guidance and documentation. Be available for production incident response.
