Deliver monthly variance analysis, partner with Accounting, and translate financial insights into resource-allocation recommendations. Lead business-review presentations and conduct deep-dive analyses to find efficiency opportunities across Consumer operational spend.

Provide CFO-level FP&A partnership to multiple C-level leaders across People, Legal, Compliance, Policy, and Finance. Lead a team to build financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases that guide company-wide resource allocation and investments. Drive reporting, variance analysis, process improvements, and the vision for finance partnering, aligning budgets, forecasts, and headcount planning with executive priorities.

The Staff Accountant will prepare financial entries, assist in financial presentations, collaborate across teams, ensure compliance, and support operational excellence.
