Cover stressed and distressed private filers across leveraged loans and high-yield bonds. Perform deep-dive credit analysis, maintain coverage surveillance, build financial and recovery models, review credit agreements, analyze restructurings and liability management, publish timely research, support legal analysts, and engage with clients via calls and webinars.
