Serve as the operational backbone for GTM Americas expense and headcount management. Maintain weekly/monthly forecasting models, run the monthly soft-close, prepare leadership reporting packs, and support capacity planning, deal reviews, and annual budget consolidation while collaborating with revenue operations and global finance partners.
