The Senior Accountant will manage month-end processes, reconcile accounts, support audits, and collaborate across departments to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.

Process semi-monthly US payroll for 3,000+ employees using Workday; handle new hires, terminations, tax and 401(k) feeds, garnishments, retro adjustments, and timesheets. Resolve discrepancies, run audits, support SOX and 401(k) audits, process equity transactions (RSUs/options), respond to payroll and government inquiries, and provide administrative support for Canada and LATAM while partnering with People and Finance teams.

Lead U.S. multi-state sales and use tax compliance, support audits, coordinate global VAT/GST obligations, monitor nexus and e-invoicing changes, partner with cross-functional teams to embed tax controls, and develop scalable processes and SOX-aligned documentation.

Implement and maintain NetSuite-based financial solutions and integrations (SuiteScript, Workflows). Manage enhancement projects, troubleshoot application/process issues, train end-users, and support integrations with Coupa, BlackLine, Adaptive Planning, Expensify, and Teampay.

Support revenue accounting operations including month-end close, ASC 606 revenue recognition analyses, invoicing, billing resolution, audit support, and order-to-cash process improvements in a fast-growing SaaS finance team.

Support FP&A by owning forecasting and reporting in Pigment, building dashboards and KPIs, maintaining data infrastructure, partnering cross-functionally to improve datasets and models, and delivering strategic analysis for senior management.
