Reconcile tax liability accounts, prepare journal entries, support audits, manage exemption certificates, and maintain Avalara tax software integrated with the ERP system. Research tax issues related to business expansion and product launches, manage service providers, improve processes, and collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to meet compliance deadlines.

Supports multi-entity month-end and quarter-end close, prepares reconciliations and journal entries, manages accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets, performs variance analysis, and assists with consolidation, audits, compliance, tax coordination, and process improvements. The role maintains accounting controls, ensures accurate financial reporting, and collaborates with finance and other departments in a fast-paced environment.
