Manage global tax provision and compliance, coordinate with external tax providers for SEC filings, prepare reconciliations and tax returns, maintain current and deferred tax reporting, conduct tax research and studies (transfer pricing, R&D credits, 382), handle tax notices and audits, run monthly/quarterly close processes, and support M&A, due diligence, and tax planning.
