Serve as a front-line risk consultant partnering with business units to identify, document, and mitigate operational and enterprise risks. Develop policies, reports, tools, and presentations; manage stakeholder relationships and cross-functional projects; align processes with Capital One frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Manage end-to-end implementation of treasury management products for small business clients. Serve as product expert, lead client onboarding, coordinate internal partners, ensure SLA adherence, deliver training, track implementation portfolio, and drive revenue and retention through excellent client experience.

Lead FP&A for Capital Markets and Tax Credit businesses, managing a team to deliver financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis. Provide data-driven insights to advise business leaders, prioritize investments, assess risks and opportunities, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
