The Director will lead FMA's strategy, manage client relationships, drive business development, and oversee multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality advisory outcomes in the financial markets sector.

Lead enterprise data risk oversight as a second-line director: assess first-line data owners and controls, manage data incidents, develop data risk metrics and reporting for senior committees, drive remediation and governance improvements, and build a high-performing oversight team. Communicate risks to executive and board levels and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, and Internal Audit.

Produce and maintain timely, accurate performance reporting and risk metrics for PFS Real Estate portfolios. Monitor investment, portfolio and fund performance; prepare monthly/quarterly/ad hoc client reports and investor data requests; ensure data integrity across systems; coordinate with Valuation, Fund Accounting, Investor Relations, Compliance and Operations; support operational due diligence and new product servicing.

Develop and enhance quantitative financial models (rates, FX, inflation, equity, credit), implement models into production-quality C++ quant library, support analytics for internal and external clients, and apply contemporary techniques (including neural networks) to business problems while communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Support treasury operations for PFS: liquidity and exposure reporting, ISDA and financing reporting, trade settlement and reconciliation, AML-KYC onboarding, liaise with counterparties and internal teams, maintain trade capture and reporting systems, and assist on treasury system and ad-hoc projects.

Support Treasury for the PFS platform: liquidity and portfolio reporting for public credit funds, ISDA and financing reporting, operational support for credit trading, trade reconciliation and settlement, AML-KYC onboarding support, liaison with counterparties and internal teams, maintain trade capture and reporting systems, and assist on Treasury system onboarding and exposure reporting projects.
