Serve as financial and strategic partner to the CTO and Engineering leadership, owning budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, capital and workforce planning, and monthly operational reviews. Build and lead a global finance team, drive financial processes and tools, influence engineering decisions, and partner with adjacent businesses to ensure fiscal stewardship and operational efficiency.

Lead delivery and support of FP&A planning solutions (SAP BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud) for corporate and media portfolios. Translate finance requirements to functional/technical specs, configure models/reports/templates, participate in implementations, roadmaps, integrations, troubleshooting, and stakeholder advisory while supporting global accounting/planning users.

Support FP&A Manager with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and analysis for ~$1.5B OCF. Consolidate OCF and headcount submissions, track/reconcile headcount, ensure data accuracy, build relationships with operational finance, drive process improvements, assist on ad-hoc analyses, and liaise with IT to design and implement reporting/system enhancements.

Serve as financial and strategic partner to technical leadership, owning budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting for Product, AI, and Engineering. Support ERP modernization, develop financial tools and processes, lead core finance rhythms, prepare monthly operating reviews, coach junior staff, and collaborate with adjacent units to drive efficiencies, balance-sheet stewardship, and long-range planning.
