Leads and builds CoreWeave’s global enterprise risk and compliance function, including ERM frameworks, risk assessments, KRIs, risk appetite, governance, assurance coordination, compliance tracking, and Board and Audit Committee reporting. The role develops a risk team, partners across Security, Legal, Finance, IT, and Operations, and establishes scalable processes for a high-growth AI infrastructure company.

Own financial planning, forecasting, reporting, modeling, and cost optimization for data center operations. Partner with executive leaders and cross-functional teams on OpEx, CapEx, power strategy, leases, equipment financing, investment decisions, variance analysis, and long-range planning. Lead finance initiatives and translate complex data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.

Leads GPU capacity planning within FP&A, managing financial forecasts, budgets, capital expenditure models, infrastructure reporting, and unit economics across computing assets. Support debt management, covenant compliance, lender reporting, and interest rate hedging. Prepare borrowing requests, fixed-asset and compliance reports, investor/board materials, SOX controls, and ad-hoc balance-sheet analyses. Partner with accounting, legal, and lenders to support fundraising, deal execution, and capital decisions.
