The Finance Summer Associate supports strategic and operational finance projects across Pfizer business units. Responsibilities may include budgeting and forecasting, pricing analysis, risk management, cash flow management, capital structure analysis, investment modeling, outsourcing evaluations, and assessing loss-of-exclusivity impacts. The role provides hands-on supervision, exposure to senior Finance leaders, and networking opportunities.

Participate in Pfizer Finance rotations and meaningful projects involving budgeting, forecasting, outsourcing evaluation, pricing analysis, risk management, capital structure, cash flow, investment models, co-promotion profit splits, and loss-of-exclusivity impacts. Work with senior Finance colleagues, receive hands-on supervision, and build relationships across business units while providing financial analysis and strategic support.
