Manage and execute the RIA and BD compliance program: registration and filings, surveillance, testing, advertising review, training, electronic communications monitoring, vendor due diligence, AI governance, exam readiness, and day-to-day program operations supporting SEC and FINRA requirements.

Own end-to-end revenue recognition for Gusto Retirement, apply ASC 606 to complex arrangements, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support period closes and audits, build automation using AI/Python/SQL/Excel, and partner cross-functionally to improve revenue data integrity and processes.

Conduct end-to-end fraud investigations (account takeover, BEC, identity theft, payment fraud) using internal data, OSINT, and AI-enabled tools; document findings, prepare UARs, support customer remediation and fund recovery, and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to strengthen controls.
