Designs, automates, and supports server hardware infrastructure across its lifecycle, including provisioning, firmware management, monitoring, qualification, deployment, troubleshooting, and decommissioning. The role performs hardware and firmware root-cause analysis, manages vendor and OEM relationships, supports data center expansion, participates in on-call escalations, and improves reliability through automation, telemetry, documentation, and operational tooling.

Designs and maintains high-speed digital hardware for Nokia Service Router products. Responsibilities include ultra-high-speed PCB circuit design, simulation, verification testing, board bring-up, laboratory debugging, and taking complex board designs from concept through production release. The role requires collaboration with engineering teams, ownership of hardware integrity, and practical use of oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and digital debugging tools.

Interns work on FPGA and ASIC projects using OCaml and Hardcaml to design, test, and validate RTL. Paired with mentors, you'll build end-to-end hardware designs, use vendor tools (Vivado/Quartus/Genus/Innovus), and apply hardware construction languages in a networking context.
