Senior Engineering Manager responsible for guiding technical decisions, prioritizing work, providing mentorship, and managing a team of 10-18 engineers on a Full Stack Software Engineering Team. Lead and contribute to developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to drive innovation and improve products and services. Work on internet-scale backend systems, specializing in machine learning model development and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay updated with the latest advancements in ML and AI research.

Utilize project handling skills and conformity standards knowledge to independently manage engineering projects. Develop UL requirements, test methods, and test equipment for complex products. Conduct on-site product evaluations and communicate with clients to resolve technical issues. Determine areas of non-compliance with standards and develop special test methods. Qualifications include a degree in Engineering or a related field, detailed knowledge of conformity standards, and experience with Hazardous Locations, SEMI, and Renewable Energy.
