Troubleshoot complex break-fix issues across log pipelines, network and endpoint telemetry, cloud platforms, and distributed systems. Drive RCA, engage in Severity 1 incidents, coordinate with Engineering/DevOps/SOC, and support release validation and complex deployments, including on-call rotation.

Design and develop complex technical support solutions, reproduce and track customer issues, recommend product enhancements, produce technical documentation, collaborate on POCs, and manage networking, cloud, virtualization, backup/recovery and Kubernetes across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Use container platforms (OpenShift, PKS, Rancher, GKE, EKS), VMware, automation scripting (Bash/Python), and CRM/issue tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, JIRA) to resolve escalations and improve product adoption and lifecycle upgrades.

Lead Tier 3 technical and integrations support, build and manage senior SME teams, own enterprise escalation management, improve SLAs and diagnostics, partner with Engineering and Product to resolve root causes and drive operational efficiencies.
