The Senior Data Analyst will own data models and drive analytical initiatives, ensuring data quality and reliability while providing insights to stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing dashboards and supporting the team with analytics.

Lead and grow Analytics Engineering: define data warehouse and BI strategy, build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, design dimensional models in BigQuery using dbt and Airflow, own BI tooling (Looker), ensure data quality and governance, and mentor/manage a distributed analytics engineering team while partnering with stakeholders and platform engineers.

Design and build data warehouse architecture, dimensional models, data marts, and transformation pipelines (dbt, Airflow, BigQuery). Partner with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to enable reporting in Looker, ensure data quality and reconciliation, and support cross-functional analytics needs across business teams.

Lead and scale an embedded analytics organization; ensure consistent methodologies, experimentation, data modeling and reporting. Partner with department leads, mentor analytics managers, perform hands-on root-cause analyses, oversee experimental design and metrics, and drive executive-level data storytelling to influence strategy.
