Provide hands-on commercial contracting support: draft, review, and negotiate SaaS customer agreements, NDAs, vendor and data processing contracts; manage contract intake and deal desk workflows; liaise with Sales/Partnerships; improve templates and playbooks; and support ad hoc legal projects to scale contracting processes.

The Legal Counsel will support all legal matters, handle contracts, compliance, and provide legal guidance for a fast-growing SaaS company, with a focus on the AI space.

Lead EliseAI’s government affairs and public policy function from 0→1: build relationships with housing agencies and regulators, monitor and translate legislative/regulatory developments, shape public policy and author position papers, advise product and leadership on regulatory risk, partner with GTM on government opportunities, and manage outside counsel, lobbyists, and consultants.
