Serve as the primary in-house legal leader overseeing commercial contracts, corporate governance, employment, privacy, and regulatory matters. Advise executives on strategic initiatives, draft and negotiate agreements, build scalable legal infrastructure and workflows, manage outside counsel, and shape legal approaches to AI and data while driving legal operations modernization.
